Train of Thought

So have you seen those train billboards off the highways around town? The ones that just say "Freight Rail Works For What's New". "Hmm..."you think, "Freight Rail? What about freight rail? Is this a thing? Freight rail? I mean...are people talking about this?" It's weird how these billboards work. "Should I be thinking more about freight rail? What should I be thinking about it? How exactly does it work for what's new? Did it not work for what was old? Should I take some action about freight rail." Well it turns out that's exactly what they want you to think.

The Scoop

For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
