Lunching "The Jennings Way"

11:30 dedication-stuffed chicken
2:00 dessert reception
6:00 fundraiser roast beef and smashed potatoes

So many public events, so many calories. How does the mayor of New York's capital keep his boyish figure?

It's a secret previously hidden deep within the kitchen's and banquet halls of Albany. Until now. Yes, he does eat at public functions, but it turns out The Tan Man doesn't consume the same fat-saturated, carb-laden fare as the rest of the party. When Hizzhonor shows up at the Crowne Plaza and asks for "the usual," it's code for the fruit plate: an artfully arranged dish of sliced kiwi, pineapple, strawberries and grapes.

Move over Jenny Craig. Now we can all hobnob like a mayor and keep trim The Jennings Way. Pass the pineapple, please.

Very neat little tidbit!
It's always cool to see how busy someone is and manages to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
