Stuff to do this weekend

We've got blankets, DVDs and hot cocoa scheduled for this weekend, but if hibernation isn't your thing, here are a few events you might want to check out (provided they don't close due to the impending snowy apocalypse.)

+ Tonight is February's Troy Night Out. If you're not up for a walking there's a trolley to take you between venues.

+If you want a chuckle and you don't mind a musical, we hear, "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" is really, really funny. It's playing all weekend at Proctors.

+Yet another in the long list of monthly firsts in the region, First Saturday Arts Night is this Saturday in Saratoga. The art in participating galleries, shops and cafes is all new.

+Catie Curtis is at the Caffe Lena on Saturday night.

+ Saratoga Film Forum is screening, "The Orphanage" this weekend. Metacritic gave the Spanish horror flick a 74 out of 100.

+The Roches are at The Egg. That's a good thing, but if you say it out loud it sounds kinda creepy.

The Scoop
