A moat for Stuyvesant Plaza
Now all they need is a drawbridge.
As of 10 AM this morning Western was closed in both directions by Stuyvesant Plaza (between Fuller and Schoolhouse). You could still get into the plaza via Fuller.

How is it that the city (or SOMEBODY) can't engineer a solution to this ongoing problem?

um... money... the engineering wouldn't be a problem but they would have to do the construction to fix it... and i dont think that that area is the only problem, not that i'm standing up for them or anything, but yeah money.

It's the Town of Guilderland, you think they would spend the money for a problem that happens twice a year?
