As of 10 AM this morning Western was closed in both directions by Stuyvesant Plaza (between Fuller and Schoolhouse). You could still get into the plaza via Fuller.

um... money... the engineering wouldn't be a problem but they would have to do the construction to fix it... and i dont think that that area is the only problem, not that i'm standing up for them or anything, but yeah money.
