A tough day to be Lady Liberty

A day like this could require large amounts of chicken soup.

Kind of annoyed with how it's been cold and rainy? Well, at least you don't have to stand outside in the rain along Western Ave like Peggy Kelley here, waiving and trying to get passersby to think about their taxes. But, befitting someone who plays Lady Liberty, she's a trooper. "A day like this with the rain isn't so bad. If it was sleeting -- that would be bad."
