It actually was multiple acts, including a violation of the Mann Act (which I think was last used to prosecute Frank Lloyd Wright.)

My concern is that this will turn out not have been a "single act." Does anyone really think that this happened once? Regardless, this is so depressing as to be nausea-inducing. I wonder if he knows any good New York lawyers...
