The folks at Playgirl want to help Eliot Spitzer with that burning question of what to do next. In an open letter, they've offered the former Governor a chance to bare more than his soul. They've asked him to appear uncovered on their cover. "You owe a lot of money to a lot of people" the letter reads, "We're ready to make an attractive offer." Attractive to whom?
