Steve Barnes has the scoop on the plan for the soon-to-be-closed Mangia at Stuyvesant Plaza. The owners are hoping to build a "green" building for a restaurant they plan to call Creo. They say the menu will be "fresh and eclectic" with Mediterranean influences.
