Last chance to pay the tax man

It's the question of the day.

Update for 2009.

Today is, of course, the deadline for filing your taxes. And, no, there isn't a Patriots Day reprieve this year. If you're a chronic procrastinator, or you just want to hold on to your money until the very last minute, the last post office open tonight is the postal processing center at 30 Karner Road in Albany.

It'll stay open until 11:59 tonight for last minute tax payers. And it looks like it's the only one in the Capital Region that will be open that late, so allow time for lines filled with fellow procrastinators.
