Buh-bump!

You knew it was going to happen eventually, but wow, Jack McCoy and company work fast. Tonight's Law and Order is about Eliot Spitzer -- not officially, of course. But when "Governor Shalvoy" gets caught up in a bust of the "Excalibur Club," it's pretty clear the headlines from which they're ripping.
