David Paterson became the first NY governor to finish the Utica Boilermaker 15K this past weekend. The Gov finished in 1:35:21, which was just about middle of the pack overall (the top finisher in Paterson's age group ran 54:58). For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
