If you're thinking that some of those "for sale" signs have been up on homes in your neighborhood for quite a while now, you're probably right. The Capital District Business Review reports today that sales of single family homes in the Capital Region dropped 17% in the first half of the year. But the drop doesn't seem to be affecting housing prices.
