Andrew Cuomo refused to comment today on John McCain's job-offer-via-Scott-Pelley last night to head up the Securities and Exchange Commission. Of course, he already has a job: figuring out how he's going to become Governor of New York New York State attorney general. Portfolio mag has a more fun candidate in mind for the SEC job: Eliot Spitzer.

Portfolio makes a great argument for Eliot Spitzer. I'd imagine that many people wouldn't be behind that decision though.
