We have no words for what Rachael Ray did to this ear of corn

Rachael Ray shucking corn

The Ray goes about her task with enthusiasm.

We know we pledged to go easy on the RR stuff, but this is, well, it's... well, it would just be wrong not to.

Is there video? Oh, yes, there's video.

And with that, Rachael Ray World Domination Watch may have met its natural end. Thank you, you've all been wonderful.

Now, will someone else from the Capital Region please start their own personal media empire?

Rachael did that to me once, and sent my kernels flying all over the room.

Allow me to the first to make the creamed corn joke...

Isn't that what you guys are doing?

WHOAH! I've seen father/daughter dances that were less awkward than that. Do you think the audience felt uncomfortable, or did they not even think twice? Who the hell watches this overly enthusiastic show, anyway? I mean, besides the Stepford Wives?

That was quite possibly the funniest thing I've ever seen...

The look of pure unbridled excitement on her face was absolutely... wonderful.

Allow me to the first to make the creamed corn joke...

Almost headline: "Rachael Ray takes the starch out of corn"

To quote a well-worn journalisistic cliche:

"Fortunately, this story had a happy ending."

It's hard to back up what could be poor memory due to old age because his website mentions nothing that I could find about Albany, but didn't "Mr. Food" Art Ginsburg also get his start on WRGB?

The Scoop

Albany tightened its rules for shoveling snowy sidewalks last winter -- so how'd that work out?

If winter ever gets its act together and drops more snow on us, there will be sidewalks to shovel. And shortly after that, Albany will... (more)
