Reward for shooting info

Victory Church is putting up $5,000 for info leading to the arrest and conviction of the shooter who killed UAlbany student Richard Bailey. It's also offering $5,000 for the gun that was used. Victory's pastor is Charlie Muller, the organizer of the Albany gun buy back. From a church press release: "For the last 10 years, SUNY students have helped Pastor Charlie through Community Service, and in fact it was SUNY students that put the roof on the new center downtown, so he feels a real connection with these students."
