My wife and I are so sick and tired of the Sandy Treadwell ads that we considered using them as a punishment for our kids.
ME: "If you kids don't behave, I'll make you watch Sandy Treadwell ads for 10 minutes"
KIDS: "No! Please, we'll be good, we promise."
We decided against it after a friend pointed out that it could be considered abuse.
