So here's the plan for the downtown Saratoga Springs Price Chopper, according to the TU's Saratoga Seen: the current store will stay open for the next three years while a new store, under the new/old brand "Central Market", is constructed nearby. The new store will be part of a mixed-use building developed by Sonny Bonacio (his company has already built a bunch of condos in town).
For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
