Housing sales in the Capital Region slipped even further in November. The Business Review reports sales were down in 5 of 6 Capital District counties. On the plus side, median sale prices were up slightly.

I bought as many houses as I could last month to help us out of this economic downturn... I even got a few sub-prime loans, but it seems as though my efforts have been unsuccessful. I'll now focus on the beer and liquor industry.
