Across Panama on one wheel
Check it out: four guys from Albany (plus one from Montreal) are riding unicycles across the isthmus of Panama as part of a road race from the Atlantic to the Pacific.
They're blogging about the trip, so you can follow along. One of the guys is Steve Relles, also known as The Delmar Dog Butler.
