Random local ice cream fact of the day: Stewart's best selling ice cream flavor is "Peanut Butter Pandemonium." And apparently with good reason. The chain's website promises the flavor "will put your taste buds in a frenzy."

The linked Gazette article mentions that Stewart's checked with their supplier and apparently everything's OK with their peanut butter.

Don't give up. Our paperwork was denied, and we contested their findings. We took detailed photos of the properties the city used as comps explaining why they were worth more than our house, and found truly relevant comps. Eventually a mediator (judge?) sat in a small conference room with us and we won. See? you can fight City Hall.
