Coolest job title of the moment: "stimulus czar." David Paterson appointed a guy named Timothy Gilchrist to the position this week. He'll oversee the spending of New York's $20 billion of federal stimulus money. He also, presumably, will get to ask people "How can I stimulate you today?"
