What's up in the Neighborhood
Among the topics in this most recent spin around the Capital Region's online neighborhood: ESP, The Google, voicemail, Valentine's Day, flavor tripping and dumplings.
The RPInsider is a little baffled by some of The Google's behavior related to RPI.
Using her Bus ESP, Leigh was able to bend a CDTA route to her will.
Kristi was inadvertently conferenced-in on someone else's voicemail during a ride on a ski gondola.
Naomi found an, um, enterprising local Freecycle post.
Steve asked people at Table Hopping to share their Valentine's dinner experiences and got lots of responses.
Albany Jane went to a Flavor Tripping party.
And Celina, as The Dumpling Inspector, checked out (inspected?) some dumplings from the Asian Market on Colvin Ave in Albany.
Tweets of the week
From @Mrs_Misanthrope (AKA Pantaloons): "You know it's an addiction when you think you've lost your wallet and your first concern is the safety of your starbucks card."
From @amymengel: "Hubby's not on Twitter. He found out he could get RSS of my tweets , but decided he 'didn't want to know that much' about me."
And a TwitPic that made us laugh from @bickersmith.
There's a lot more going on around the Neighborhood, check it out. If you know of another great blog we should include, post a comment or send us an email: editors |at| alloveralbany |dot| com.
Say Something!
We'd really like you to take part in the conversation here at All Over Albany. But we do have a few rules here. Don't worry, they're easy. The first: be kind. The second: treat everyone else with the same respect you'd like to see in return. Cool? Great, post away. Comments are moderated so it might take a little while for your comment to show up. Thanks for being patient.
