I wasn't a huge Tonko fan before, but how could you not like him after seeing that picture.

Paul is a huge proponent for innovative energy solutions -- and the lil' Twitter star is good advertising for SUNY Cobleskill's proposed new biowaste-to-energy plant, the first of its' kind in the U.S., according to SUNY: http://www.dailygazette.com/news/2008/oct/17/1017COBY/
