Tweets of the week

From @Mrs_Misanthrope: "Nothing makes you feel richer than putting a *curb alert* on craigslist and watching people fight over your garbage. It's kinda humbling."

From @ashallan: "thinking I may have built March up a little too much in my mind, I'm expecting lush green lawns, 70 degrees and grecian men feeding me fruit"

From @KevinMarshall: "Bobby Jindal talks like the host of a PBS children's show. I'm waiting for a monster muppet to walk on-camera and ask about the stimulus."

I LOVE the state museum. The carousel on the top floor is awesome because it's open every day, and the wide-open spaces are perfect for cabin-fever kids. Spotted last time I was there: Somebody threw a dollar into the deer exhibit where you make a wish for a penny. I guess they couldn't get change. It was hilarious.

Say Something!

We'd really like you to take part in the conversation here at All Over Albany. But we do have a few rules here. Don't worry, they're easy. The first: be kind. The second: treat everyone else with the same respect you'd like to see in return. Cool? Great, post away. Comments are moderated so it might take a little while for your comment to show up. Thanks for being patient.

All Over Albany is for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. In other words, it's for you. It's kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who can help you find out what's up. Oh, and our friends call us AOA.
