Is the Corning Tower trying to tell us something?

TJ sent us this picture yesterday with the message:
"I saw this outside my house tonight, and i could swear that the Corning Tower was giving me the middle finger. I'm sure its just my crazy eyes and a strange coincidence, but the image made me laugh."

It is well know that Mayor Corning (Senator Corning's granddad) had a file in his office labled: Brasilia, in which he put all of the material related to the building of the south mall...

You guys know that when we turn out the lights at night, we make special arrangements for little messages to Albany nightlife. How else can we say anything? :) :) :) Funny stuff! I do wonder what our staff does after hours now!
