Mayor Mac?

Is Jack McEneny thinking about running for Mayor of Albany? In one story today, he opposed diluting the power of the office of mayor. And in a second, he said: "I've told both of them straight up that I always reserve the right to run for mayor." McEneny ran for mayor in 1997 and lost to Jerry Jennings in the Democratic primary.
