New York ready for same-sex marriage?
David Paterson said this week that he'll be re-introducing legislation to make same-sex marriage legal in New York. According to an analysis by Nate Silver, same-sex marriage would probably hold up if people in the Empire State voted on a constitutional amendment about it. [via]

Did they just assunme that everyone's religon is Christianity or do they think all religous people are opposed to gay marriage?
