The sun will come out... soon

Refresher on the sun: it's an enormous sphere of plasma that warms our planet

Not tomorrow. Not Thursday. Friday -- that's the day.

If you look at the forecast, it's like somebody ordered up a delivery of summer on Friday (you better believe we're checking the tracking number on that one). The paraphrased outlook from the National Weather Service:

Wednesday: cold, rainy

Thursday: cold, windy

Friday: sunny, temps that might reach 70

Saturday: sunny, temps in the 80s

Sunday: sunny, June-like

So, hang in there.

i'm in the throes of seasonal affective disorder. 5 months and counting...

@Kim D. Ah, your loyal photographic minions await your creative leadership...let the sun shine and take us someplace bright and airy!

Bob, you don't happen to have a thing for feet, do you? Innocent question, I assure you.

Ahh, the day star! That really bright thing that makes my afternoon/evening naps difficult as it shines right in my face! But it's funny in the early AM on weekends, when it shines right in my bf's face, and he LOVES the day star! ;)

B. Can't say I'm the foot stalker, but this image was burned into my mind many months ago. Everyone must agree that the intimacy of this photograph is spectacular! I have nothing but respect for Kim's creativity and look forward to getting out with my camera and her photo meetup group again real soon.

haha, the foot stalker has totally gone MIA.

seems a lot of people like that photo (i like it, too)

bob - i need to call a meeting of the organizers soon so we can have a brainstorming session. :)

Say Something!

We'd really like you to take part in the conversation here at All Over Albany. But we do have a few rules here. Don't worry, they're easy. The first: be kind. The second: treat everyone else with the same respect you'd like to see in return. Cool? Great, post away. Comments are moderated so it might take a little while for your comment to show up. Thanks for being patient.

What's All Over Albany?

All Over Albany is for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. In other words, it's for you. It's kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who can help you find out what's up. Oh, and our friends call us AOA.
