The race for Tulip Queen
After reviewing the blurbs for this year's Tulip Queen field, we're gonna go with Carly Brooks and Juliana Hernandez as the frontrunners. Update May 11: Juliana Hernandez took the crown.

I think you've hit the nail on the head. They definitely stand out from the crowd but it may be hard to choose between they have some very similar experience. Hopefully all the finalists will go on to complete the things they list.

The finalists appear to be a great bunch that can accomplish something special together. As to the frontrunner for Tulip Queen, I believe it is going to be Juliana Hernandez. She has by far more experience as a leader and communicator. She gave a brief illustration of this gift to reach out and grab your attention, when they had to read a blurb about the Tulip Festival at the Corning Park on Wednesday. You can see it in her. She’s President of an Honor Society at St. Rose, Bilingual, a Communication major, and actively involved in her community, a wonderful combo to have as Tulip Queen leading the Literacy Campaign for the City of Albany.
