A rooster was recently apprehended in Albany's Pine Hills neighborhood -- though how it got there is a bit of a mystery. And in case you're wondering... no, you're not allowed to keep chickens in Albany.

The tiny rooster at the Troy Farmers market is adorable! The one that sits on the sign...he's soooo cute. He made me forget I don't like birds.
