A gift with strings attached

RPI recently bought 55 string instruments for the Troy school district. According to the press release, the institute made the donation after Johannes Goebel -- EMPAC's director -- read about the district's struggling arts program.

Nothing like laughing at a good pun to make you realize what an old dork you've become. I think I'm going to go home and learn how to skateboard (do kids still skateboard?)
