Tweets of the week

From @leighcummings: "Wondering if there's a laundromat on a Washington Ave somewhere called Washing Tons. If there isn't there should be."

From @RobertMagee32: "Morrisey at the Chopper. The nightmarish yet inevitable hipster/mainstream cultural inversion apocalypse is at hand."

From @LisaBarone: "Nice man at the airport said I was gorgeous. I'm going to totally overlook the fact he smelled like beer and looked lost."

I also went down to "Normansville" on Memorial Day (for the first time) and I loved it! I can't believe I hadn't discovered that little gem before. We found a great sandy area for the puppy to practice swimming, and walked through the woods. I know it's no Adirondack park, but it's cool to have something in the Albany city limits that doesn't have a highway running parallel to it.

Say Something!

We'd really like you to take part in the conversation here at All Over Albany. But we do have a few rules here. Don't worry, they're easy. The first: be kind. The second: treat everyone else with the same respect you'd like to see in return. Cool? Great, post away. Comments are moderated so it might take a little while for your comment to show up. Thanks for being patient.
