Luv Gov, the Marylou Whitney-owned horse named after Eliot Spitzer, finished out of the money (again) in The Belmont this past weekend. By the way: it sounds like Belmont winner Summer Bird and Kentucky Derby winner Mine That Bird could both race at Saratoga this summer.
