Sharing is caring

Among the features of this afternoon's special state Senate session: two gavels. Yep, one for each side. It's now official: your government is run by adult-sized children.

What's next... sending an intern down to the archives to dig up that VCR tape of the time Ralph and Potsie divided their apartment in half with masking tape?

(You know… to prove there's a precedent for it.)

Ultimate Gavel Fighting! Whomever knocks out the largest number of members of the opposing party yet leaves quorum wins!

Don't give them any ideas Sandor... :)

Really, can't we take our state senate back, and return them for a functioning one? Or at least one that plays nice with each other?

I can has gavl?

Adult sized children? Can we PLEASE send them for a 6 year time out?

I say lets throw this government out. It's clearly spoiled.

Maybe they are just cranky because they missed their naptime. I'm going to solve this! I'll be there at noon, with juice boxes and granola bars. Then a song and tuck them in on their carpet squares for a nap. They will be sharing and taking turns in no time! This works for my 2-year-old!

Say Something!

We'd really like you to take part in the conversation here at All Over Albany. But we do have a few rules here. Don't worry, they're easy. The first: be kind. The second: treat everyone else with the same respect you'd like to see in return. Cool? Great, post away. Comments are moderated so it might take a little while for your comment to show up. Thanks for being patient.
