Winning for losing

It looks like the Journal Register Company -- which owns the Troy Record and the Saratogian -- will be emerging from bankruptcy soon. And its executives will collectively get $1.3 million in bonuses for... closing papers, laying people off and not quitting. Connecticut's AG says he considering an appeal of the bankruptcy court ruling.
