Farmers Market fans should check out our new web site www.capitaldistrictfarmersmarket.org It tells about the wholesalers at the market, the weekend market (Sat. 8-1, Sun. 8-2), special events, the farmers, etc. There are even short videos showing some of the special events. Canning or freezing this year? Buy in volume fresh and direct from the farmers MWF starting at 5:30 AM at wholesale prices. There's a page listing the wholesale prices updated every Wednesday, and a link to a harvest availability calendar so you know what you might find at the market. Saturday shoppers will be pleased to know that a knife and scissors sharpener is now at the market every week, and Heilelberg Bakery is now selling the GREATEST fresh baked goods. Come for a visit! You won't regret it.
