@MikeyRoach asked what was up with Nipper's Hot Dogs after he hadn't seen the cart in Capitol Park for a few days. So we checked with Bob Shenise, one of Nipper's owners. Gotta say we miss them here in Troy. We only went there once or twice for fear of raising the ire of the Hot Dog Lady!

I'm not a hot dog eater so I don't know if there is a huge difference here.. *but* they have a new Nathan's Hot Dog stand by The Egg on the Plaza.
I love how the vendors are moving closer and closer to the Tower!
