Where have we seen this before?
The radar picture at 11:30 on Friday.
It just won't stop. Ack.
There's a flash flood warning for Albany County, Rennselaer County and parts of Saratoga County (including Saratoga Springs and Clifton Park) and Schenectady County (including Schenectady and Rotterdam).
July just might make it into the Top 10 after all.
