No Maloney

Downstate Rep. Carolyn Maloney has officially announced that she won't challenge Kirsten Gillibrand next year in the Democratic primary for US Senate. Maloney says she's staying out of the race because she has important work to do in the House. And then there's the part about how Chuck Schumer and the Obama Administration were against it.
