Not in the plans

The new "draft master plan" for Spa State Park includes a bunch of upgrades -- new pavilions, a dog park, a frisbee golf course. But it does not include plans for a botanical garden, as some had hoped.

This master plan business is all very iffy because funding is very vague. Without promised funding it's all baloney to shut the public up.
