Via Saratoga Seen comes this post on Awkward Family Photos: it's the Riggi family of Saratoga Springs -- and their 30+ tiny dogs. Michelle Riggi's dogs have their own web site and she's been working to open a 24-hour animal hospital in Saratoga. (Also: the Riggis own that enormous mansion on north Broadway and have stirred up some controversy lately over the purchase of an adjacent house. And their son has been on Gossip Girl.)
