Drew Kerr writes about the aptly-named Meat House today, the new upscale butcher shop in Wilton that aiming for customers who are "carnivorous, eager to expand their culinary horizons and willing to drop a few dollars on a choice piece of meat."

Corn-fed antibiotic-containing meat doesn't thrill me. Cardona's has free-range antibiotic-free chickens,rabbit,quail, and certified-humane beef. I
