David Park case update

"Sources close to the case" tell the Buffalo News that Albany teacher David Park had a blood alcohol level of .18 when he was fatally shot after entering the wrong home in a Buffalo suburb in March. (The legal limit for driving is .08.) The case is headed for a grand jury.

Shocker...he was probably drunk as hell, walked into the wrong house and got belligerent when the homeowner told him to gtfo
