Wafaa Bilal, whose Virtual Jihadi exhibition was bumped from RPI in 2008 before prompting all sorts of drama at the Sanctuary for Independent Media in Troy, has a new project: he's tattooing a map of casualties from the Iraq War on his back. He talked with NPR about the project earlier this week.
