With Phish coming to town this weekend, the various law enforcement agencies in/around Spa State Park have again said they'll be watching out for people breaking the alcohol rules around SPAC. "Particular attention will be paid to the prohibition of alcohol within state parks, possession of marijuana, underage drinking and driving while intoxicated."
