One of the bits that jumped out at us in this story by the Post-Star's Blake Jones about the success Oscar's Smokehouse has been enjoying since re-opening after a fire: the first weekend back, Oscar's sold 11,000 pounds of bacon. Also: Oscar's is planning chocolate-covered bacon.
