More attention for Albany Nanotech and GloFo, this time in a Washington Post article ("In Albany, a boom based on microchips"). Alain Kaloyeros' "last line of defense for the U.S. semiconductor industry" line is recycled (efficient!) and the research in this area is mentioned as part of the effort to create a "post-silicon valley."
