What's up in the Neighborhood

I neglected to mention the fantastic service I got from Apple. After weeks of waiting to purchase an IPad due to a promised software update, I finally ordered one last week. Of course, 3 days after I ordered it, Apple discounted the iPad for Black Friday by almost 10%. I phoned customer service, asked for the discount to be applied and was disappointed when the very nice guy on the phone said it couldn't be done. Instead, he offered me a case for iPad - I declined knowing he wouldn't have one as cool as the red leather one I had already bought. I asked what else he had and he offered me a wireless keyboard - the price of which actually exceeds the discount! Ka-ching! I love Apple.
