The Siena Research Institute reported today that consumer confidence during the last quarter was up in every region of New York State -- except the Capital Region. The Albany area's consumer confidence (a measurement of peoples' willingness to spend) ranks #6 among the 9 regions surveyed by SRI.

For a decade All Over Albany was a place for interested and interesting people in New York's Capital Region. It was kind of like having a smart, savvy friend who could help you find out what's up. AOA stopped publishing at the end of 2018.
