I'm wondering if Ecovative got to approve the copy for this article:
"Ecovative has invented an organism that converts cow poop into a polymer that can be used in place of styrofoam."
Invented an organism... nope, "discovered" one..maybe.
Converts cow poop...maybe, but the company usually just says "agricultural biproducts" like cotton hulls. I've never heard them specifically call out cow poop.
